Services

Our team at Guyline use hot applied thermoplastic, pre-formed markings, and a variety of cold applied paint systems, dependant on your project specifications and what is most suitable for your surface and environment.

Hot Applied Road and Car Park Markings

We specialise in providing clear, durable, and compliant road and car park markings to ensure optimal traffic flow and safety on a variety of surfaces.

Thermoplastic is a hot applied road marking material which hardens within minutes of being applied to provide a durable and long-lasting design to your desired specifications. Thermoplastic is most often used on tarmacadam surfaces but can also be used on concrete or block paving surfaces when used with a suitable primer.

Internal Warehouse Markings

Our precision markings are designed to streamline logistics and maximise space within your warehouse whilst ensuring health and safety requirements are met. Depending on the surface and purpose, there are multiple types of paint available to use including epoxy-based paints, chlorinated rubber, water-based paints and MMA.

Playground Markings

We bring fun and creativity to any playground with colourful and engaging designs that promote physical activity and learning. From snakes and ladders and number squares to part-part-whole models and hopscotches, we can upgrade your playground to encourage games and learning through play.

Electric Vehicle Charging Bays

As the electric car industry increases in popularity, the need for designated charging bays has followed. These bays are generally installed using a distinctive, slip resistant blue paint with an approved logo, but can be designed by you, depending on your preferences.

Bespoke Logos

We understand the importance of branding and logos and can work to create an eye catching, personalised logo at your property entrance, within car bays, or to allocate individual bays.

Antiskid Surfacing & Non-Slip Coatings

Antiskid surfaces are a highly beneficial addition to a multitude of surfaces where increased safety is required, helping pedestrians and motorists stay in control, even in harsh weather conditions.

Non-slip coatings use a paint with an added slip-resistant aggregate to provide additional grip where needed, both internally and externally.

Line Removal

We understand that sometimes existing line markings need to be removed or adjusted. Our team can remove unwanted lines and markings using a variety of methods including:

HCA lance: using a combination of compressed air and propane gas to remove the previous applications of thermoplastic. This method is best suited to tarmacadam surfaces.

Scabbling: this method is normally used on concrete surfaces or to remove lines that have been previously re-marked multiples times and have a thick profile.

Blacking out: using a suitable tape or paint.

Hydroblasting: an environmentally friendly method, using high pressured water to remove any unwanted existing markings.
